Terms of Service

1. About These Terms

These terms govern your use of the MYSOVA Business dashboard ("the Service"), operated by MYSOVA Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales ("MYSOVA", "we", "us").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old
  • You must be authorised to represent the venue you are claiming or managing
  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration

3. Account & Venue Claiming

To use the Service, you must register an account and claim a venue. Venue claims are subject to verification and approval by MYSOVA. We reserve the right to reject or revoke venue claims if the ownership proof is insufficient or fraudulent.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Subscription Tiers & Billing

MYSOVA Business offers the following subscription tiers:

  • Ghost (Free): Basic venue stats and profile
  • Verified (£199/month): Full analytics, events, promotions, QR codes
  • Partner (£299/month): Live floor, XP boosts, AI insights, CSV export
  • Marquee (£699/month): White-label features, API access, priority support

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal in your dashboard settings.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase for new subscriptions. If you have accessed the Service during this period and consented to immediate access, you acknowledge that you may lose your cancellation right.

After the cooling-off period, cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent venue information
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts or venues
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Use the Service to send unsolicited communications
  • Publish alcohol promotions that violate ASA/CAP advertising codes

7. Content & Promotions

Venue owners are responsible for ensuring that any promotions, events, or content published through the Service comply with applicable laws and advertising standards, including ASA/CAP codes for alcohol-related content.

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or applicable regulations.

8. Data & Analytics

The analytics and insights provided through the Service are based on data from MYSOVA consumer app users who have opted in to sharing their activity. All data is anonymised and aggregated where appropriate. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

9. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes to the Service with reasonable notice where possible.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MYSOVA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the dashboard settings. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
